Understanding Vitamin Creams

Vitamin creams are frequently passed over in beauty routines. These creams can dramatically improve the condition of your skin. Of course it is natural that different vitamins impact different skin issues.

Every day you likely take a general vitamin. The same concept applies to putting on vitamin cream. Vitamin creams are topical. This means that they are applied to the surface of the skin rather than digested. The results are completely different than those of oral vitamins.

There are four major players when you are dealing with topical vitamins. Your skin can derive benefit from nearly every vitamin. However, these four have key roles in major skincare issues.

Vitamin creams are designed to be applied to problem areas. Depending on the skin problem you are treating, your cream should contain:

• Vitamin A to result in tighter skin. Vitamin A helps skin keep in moisture. It can give skin a youthful appearance. Vitamin A can also be known as retinol. It may cause sun sensitivity. Use it with a great deal of care.

• Vitamin E to result in less scarring. Vitamin E can help heal scars and tears. As a result it is a great deep wrinkle treatment. Many people apply vitamin E oil directly to scars and stretch marks.

• Vitamin K dramatically adjusts discoloration. Rosacea issues require vitamin K. It also helps with brown spots from the sun or age. However, some vitamin creams that contain high levels of K can cause breakouts if you do not have this type of skin issue. Monitor your skin’s reaction carefully to get results that you want.

• Vitamin C for anti-aging action. Vitamin C heals internally and externally. Vitamin C can actually heal up your wrinkles. However, it might blister very sensitive skin. Use it sparingly and monitor results closely.

You can get accelerated results with topically applied vitamins. Paired with oral vitamins, vitamin creams can dramatically improve skin.
