People who have white skin are prone to contact the Acne disease. It appears in a nodule formation or a cyst formation at times. This can be noticed as red patches especially in the arm , knee , shoulder , face etc.,
The formation of acne in the cyst condition is said to be harmful. Acne has a genuine cause. The two layers of our skin ie epidermis and dermis are affected by this. It is related to a well-known skin disease.
The appearance of acne is mostly in the adolescence period. During adolescence the hormonal regulation changes in every person. Due to this hormonal changes the disease i.e. acne forms.
This is not a contagious disease. People with oily skin are prone to it. This happens as the sebaceous gland starts secreting more sebum.
Acne can be treated naturally and also there are medical remedies for it. The natural treatment is mostly preferred. Certain medicine can also cause side effects.
The treatment for natural acne can be done with simple instructions whereas the body acne needs hormonal and medicine for its cure.
Foods can also cause Acne. This happens when we eat junk food which is high in carbohydrates and is exposed to the air for a long time. Spicy and oily food can also be a cause.
This disease can be avoided if we lead a proper lifestyle. The main reason for coming in contact with this disease is the long working hours and a sluggish and sedentary lifestyle.
The right food and exercising regularly is the best way to treat acne. We should follow a simple diet chart so that we keep ourselves healthy.
Taking a glass of juice with whole-wheat bread sandwich a boiled egg in the morning for breakfast is good. Use zero trans free fat products instead of butter.
In the mid-morning it is good to have a cup of soy milk or a fruit. For lunch try to have baked vegetables, chicken stew and red rice.
Dinner should always be light so it is better to have only some grilled vegetables and garlic bread. Oily and spicy food should be completely being avoided. Eating of processed food on a regular basis should be avoided. The best way to remove acne is by having homemade natural food.
Regular exercise and dieting should be followed. You should also have a good eight hour of sound sleep and do meditation daily to come out of the stress and strain of the day. Coffee and tea should be avoided
Toxins which accumulate in our body are one of the main causes of acne. To avoid this one should follow the detoxification treatment. Also include at least 2 liters of water in your regular diet. This therapy of re-hydration can lead to detoxification.
Eating fruits like apple, banana, papaya, strawberry and melons are very good. Also taking of high protein and fiber if good for the health. Always make it a point to have your food in time.
If we skip our meals and do not taking proper food at the right time bile juice starts accumulating in our stomach and leads to acne.
Good hygiene is to be maintained. The body should be kept clean. Your surroundings should also be kept clean and you can use antibacterial agents like phenyl for it. Lastly always try to keep your mind happy and healthy.
To overcome acne simple things like food habits, exercising and cleanliness is needed.
