Ever wonder why the milk industry changed their advertising message to “Got Milk?” There is a reason why milk can no longer advertise their message as “Milk does a body good.” It is because it actually does a body bad, REAL bad. Especially when it comes to acne.

Because our cows are forcefully injected with hormones such as several sex hormones and bovine IGF. As a result, you are flooding these nasty substances when you consume milk-based products.

According to Patrick Massey MD, PhD:

“Milk contains estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, androgen precursors like androstendione and other hormones. Some of these hormones are known to promote acne.”
And also in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, suggests that drinking milk might increase the risk of acne in teenagers.

The results showed that those who drank milk were more likely to develop teenage acne. Those who drank more milk had even a higher risk.

I used to believe everything I see on television. When I saw something on the news or some seemingly authoritative source I accepted it as “the truth” or at least give much more credibility to it. For example, big pharmaceutical companies saying that their medication can help cure an ailment and telling you to have your doctor prescribe their drugs to you.

One that comes to mind is a depression drug that causes anxiety, agitation, panic attacks, insomnia, irritability, hostility, aggressiveness, hypomania, reproductive, and developmental toxicity.

lthough I never suffered from depression, I found out a natural alternative that is clinically shown to treat depression without any negative side-effects.

It’s called L-tryptophan. It’s cheaper, safer, and maybe even more effective. The problem is…most people don’t know about it.
