If there are any criticisms of the book it has to be the fact that the author rambles on about his own life history for a large part of the first section of the book.

The manual is 220 pages long and a large part of that is because of the length of Mike Walden’s life story. Still, it gives some valuable background to how he came by his acne cure.

One more thing…the book does advise that you resist eating certain foods, now it may be that you find this part of the system very difficult…I know I did! But, if you can hold out, clear skin is your reward.
